Oliver Hume is one of the Australian largest property research and advisory firms. Realising the emerge of fast growing online market, Oliver Hume wants to upgrade their existing website to have more functionalities to assist users in their searching process as well as providing internal staffs and investors a knowledge sharing environment.


The website was expected to meet current best market standards with live content updates.



We consider this project as a complete practice of User Experience design.

As soon as the project was kicked off, we set up a meeting with all major skateholders from all departments of Oliver Hume, interviewed each head about their goals, challanges, and their target audience.


Our strategist sat down with our creative team to analise the data and information to work out a plan. After 2 weeks, we came back to Oliver Hume office to present our first set of wireframe and collect feedback. The website information architecture was reviewed and approved within a month. Followed by visual design was completed within 2 weeks after. The built was tested and completed in the following 2 months.

Identifying, defining and designing a responsive, market leading realestate experience and custom member portal for various B2B and B2C audience segments, delivering full requirements, all within sixty days.
