Great Australian Beer SpecTABular (GABS) which used to be known as Great Astralasian SpecTABular wanted to mark their second year as a great come-back.

For the 2015, GABS to wants to launch a new website which will facilitae the ticket sale better and integrated with their socials.

Approach

Digicap was also sharing the same passion as GABS’s founder to mark the 2015 as a memoriable event. We discuss online marketing opportunities and how we can attract online visitor via social media channel.

 

Over many conversations and workshops, we had gained a deeper insights in event goers and target groups. From there, we helps developed an art direction that had been rolled out to the entire event collaterals.

On the other hand, Digicap also designed and built a website with improved user interaction and visual presentation.

Outcome

The highlighted outcome was definitely the significant increase in ticket sale. It was more than double the earlier year. Over the life of the project, the number of engaged online users were also tripled.

 

The true outcome was a more crowded and shareable event which has not become one of Australia’s iconic festivals.
